Credentials and responsibilities
I certify that I am a licensed therapist according to Swedish law (psychologist, psychotherapist or other approved professional title) and am personally responsible for my professional practice and insurance.Connection to Mentaly
By registering, I agree that Mentaly may display my profile, including image, text and contact information, for the purpose of finding clients.Matching & bookings
I agree not to accept clients matched through Mentaly outside the platform for the purpose of circumventing fees or payment model. This applies during the ongoing connection and up to 6 months after termination.Fees
I agree that Mentaly only charges a fee for matching or booking, according to the current price list, and that this is not a fixed subscription.End of cooperation
I can terminate the collaboration at any time, but I commit to completing already booked client contacts and to following point 3 until these are completed.Secrecy
I am responsible for ensuring that client information is handled in accordance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR and the Health and Medical Services Act). Mentaly only provides the mediation service.
